The innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges mainly aims at meeting the needs of social development and cultivating front-line applied talents with innovative and entrepreneurial awareness.Its development has played a vital role in China's social and economic development.Vocational education focuses on students' professional ability cultivation and is oriented towards students' employment.In this process,students will be equipped with strong hands-on abilities.After graduation,they should be able to take up working posts directly and meet the needs of the society.Therefore,in developing innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,teachers must be equipped with strong professionalism and practical ability,and be able to provide effective guidance for students in this regard as well as improve their techniques and skills.In the process of building the faculty team in innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,it is crucial to build a team that is dedicated and rigorous,with both theoretical knowledge and practical ability.In view of this consideration,higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the construction of a teacher team with“double qualities”,so that the teachers in higher vocational colleges will have an innovative spirit,and they will be engaged not only in scientific research,but also in teaching.This thesis mainly studies the construction of the teacher team with “double qualities” for innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.Based on relevant survey data,it mainly discusses from the following contents.The first part of the article is an introduction,which elaborates on the research background,introduces the main issues of the research and the significance it,and gives an overall description of the research methods,contents and ideas of this paper are described in detail.The second part of this article defines the concept of constructing a teacher team with "double qualities" for innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges and clarifies the meaning of it and basic requirements of it.The third part is a case study,detailing the situation and data of “double qualities” teaching team building for innovation and entrepreneurship education in Jiangxi Vocational College of Mechanical & Electrical Technology,and noting the problems and deficiencies as well.The fourth part analyzes the status quo of the construction of a teacher team with "double qualities" for innovation and entrepreneurship education inhigher vocational colleges,points out the problems and deficiencies.The Fifth part proposes some strategies of building such a teacher team and puts forward that college-enterprise cooperation is an important method for higher vocational colleges to build a teacher team with “double qualities” for innovation and entrepreneurship education.The last part makes a summary and puts forward expectations on the future.
