In recent years,Chinese preschool education has made remarkable achievements.With people's increasing attention to preschool education,more and more people are focusing on the construction of kindergarten teachers.The problem of the flow of kindergarten teachers has gradually become a topic for preschool education researchers.According to the researches of many scholars,the unreasonable mobility of the teachers is important reason that hinder the development of preschool education in China.Therefore,in order to ensure the healthy development of preschool education,it is particularly necessary to study the mobility of preschool teachers.This study is based on Luoyang,and selected eight kindergartens as the survey subjects.The questionnaire survey method and qualitative research method were used to conduct an in-depth investigation of the mobility of kindergarten teachers in Luoyang.After analyzing the collected data,we found that the mobility of preschool teachers in Luoyang was as follows: the mobility rate of preschool teachers was high;the mobility type was mostly non-structural,and the mobility status was random and free;the mobility direction was vertically upward;the personality characteristics of mobility show a younger and highly educated tendency.This unreasonable mobility phenomenon is an important reason to hinder the development of preschool education in Luoyang.Based on the analysis of the status of teachers' mobility,the researchers found that the factors leading to the mobility of kindergarten teachers in Luoyang include the following: the government investment in preschool education is low;the rights of preschool teachers cannot be guaranteed;the social status of preschool teachers is low;the salary of preschool teachers is relatively low;the kindergarten training system is not perfect;the teacher selection and employment lack institutional guarantees;teachers' own professional identity is not high;teachers have high work pressure and limited development opportunities.For the above reasons,this study proposes specific countermeasures to promote the reasonable mobility of kindergartenteachers in Luoyang from the four aspects of government,society,kindergartens and teachers.
