Concerning The Role Of Teachers In The Community

In recent years, the development of community is becoming more national attention, allaspects of community work are in the booming development, the construction of thecommunity needs every group in the society, teachers is one of the group. however, the role ofteachers are lack in the community construction, there are some reason, the construction ofthe community needs teachers, the teacher plays roles in the community has certain necessity,how to promote teachers to community, playing different roles in the community, forcommunity service, these are the community and teachers need to be focused on.There are six parts in this article. The first part is the reason of the research, thecondition of the research, the value of the research, and the idea. The second part is definesthe related concepts of the article. The third part is an analysis of the flow communityconstruction, analyzed the reasons for the lack of teachers as well as the question. The fourthpart expounds some necessity of teachers play roles in the community. The fifth partexpounds how to promote teachers coming into community,First we must to realize the importance of teachers in the community, then teachers shouldstrengthen themselves, finally the research introduces several roles of the teacher that can playin the community.The study is basic on the construction of the community, to study the teacher can playwhat role outside the school, how to play their social responsibility, servicing the society. Thisresearch is not mature, but we hope that it will have some active significances on enhancingteachers’ consciousness of community service, promoting teachers’ development in anall-around way, promoting the harmonious development of community.
