In modern society, with the deep wave of educational reform, the perfection and development of the modern educational system, the school’s functions have expanded and promoted gradually. At the same time, teacher’s professional responsibility and roles which all of the teacher assume is growing and extending. With the influence of the objective and subjective conditions, teacher’s role conflicts highlight seriously, and it also become the primary factor which affecting teacher’s burnout, but also the hot focus of become the hot top of attention of Chinese and foreign scholars. Teacher’s role conflict not only block teachers’ professional development and quality, but also have a negative impact on the healthy development of the students and the school’s management. So far, based on the literature review, many scholars study the role of teacher’s conflicts in just stays in the surface of the role conflicts for groups, for the cause analysis of the problem and strategy is closer to the community, schools and education systems, it’s really little reachers for the teacher’s role themselves, even the research on follow-up individual depth study on the role of conflict.High expectations for teachers from society, complex and varied school work, :hange of student groups are the indirect factors which lead to the outbreak of primary teachers’role conflict. The incomplete personality of the teacher is the key factor which starts the conflict. Teachers with a complete personality have the capability to convert all of their roles and to maintain a high enthusiasm about teaching. The parrier among the role conversion will cause role conflict which will lead to job burnout or even job quitting. Therefore, in order to alleviate teacher burnout and seek countermeasures to the role conflict, there still has a long way to go. In addition to leading the society to have a proper expectation upon the teachers and promoting school to make reasonable arrangements, teachers themselves need to have a correct understanding of their roles and to improve their own personality.This article adopts the method of qualitative research to experience the teacher’s inner feelings and emotional world through communication and observation. Combined with the ways of the observation and interview to research teacher’s role conflict, which is seen as the key point for the teacher’s job burnout.In fact, teacher L in the case study experienced a lot during her daily work. From full of expectation to the work became tried of the cruel life, which is really a huge change in her life. Release the role conflict of teachers is not only the promotion for themselves, but also for the whole construction of school teachers.
