In modern society, due to the complexities of society structure and education structure teachers are required to play and adapt to multiple different roles. The present researches on teacher’s role are too general, single and static limited in topics as definition, conflict, expectation and positioning of teachers’ role. The perspective of teacher’s dynamic role is rarely used.Literature research shows that inner relationship of all the roles teacher played does exist, and it makes a possiblity to form multiple teacher’s dynamic role systems. Each dynamic role system is made of basic role subsystem and supportive role subsystem. The first subsystem focuses on prescribed role, and the latter supports the first one to strengthen its effectiveness.Four types of roles, teacher, administrator, social worker, intellectual, constructs the basic role system, thus forming five dynamic states. The five dynamic states could be a guide to instruct teachers in implementin teacher’s dynamic role, thus achieving the teacher-student interaction and teaching target.Dynamic role of teachers means not a universal role; its core reflects teachers’ responsible attitude and determination for students, parents and society during the dynamic process of playing their role.
