With the continuous development ofthe times, in particular, the role of teachers in the role of secondary school teachers expectproblems caused by more and more people’s attention.In many groups, teacher has the closestrelationship is the majority of high school students, Therefore, the study of high school studentson the teacher’s role is very important expectations, this not only helps students to clear theminds of teachers in the end what is good teacher standards,more help teachers on this basis,continue to find their own shortcomings and deficiencies and gradually improve and perfect theminds of middle school students in order to achieve a good image of teachers. So as to improvethe quality of teaching and double their quality.This paper studies the role of junior high teacher expectations, use of theoretical analysisand survey two research methods. First, access to a large theoretical literature,and on this basis,to take a survey and other methods to study, on the questionnaire software for statistical analysisusing spss20.0, Questionnaires testing for Xining City, the urban and rural secondary schools361students. Investigated the differences in gender, grade, nationality of the students under theteacher’s role expectations and rural backgrounds, and analyze the causes of these differences,and then make recommendations. This study reveals the urban and rural middle school studentsin Xining, secondary school teachers’ expectations for the case:1.Come to expect, including seven dimensions of teacher’s role: teacher-studentrelationship, emotion, personality, self-improvement, teaching and supervision guidance bytheoretical induction, factor analysis method of combining.2.Different sex student teacher role expectations exist significant differences in the groupsof women in the general expectations.Personalized looking for teachers on girls than boys, on thesupervision of the instructor’s expectations of girls than boys.3.Students of different students areas in general, have significant differences in teachers’role expectations, Rural students were significantly higher than the expectations of teachersemotion urban students; On the other hand, teaching urban students was significantly higher thanthe expectations of rural students.4.Students of different students grades in general, have significant differences in teachers’role expectations, different grades of students to teachers to improve teacher-student relationship and self-significant differences exist on the factor, and the emotion, personality, teaching andsupervision and guidance did not reach a significant difference.5.Students from different grades exist for teacher role expectations overall level ofsignificant differences, different ethnic groups of students there are significant differencesbetween teachers and students regard the relationship between specific dimensions of respect,and in the emotion, personality, self-improvement, teaching and guidance supervision were notsignificant differences.
