In recent years, all education departments and the central government have attachedgreat importance to the chaos of students’ practice in vocational college and the phenomenonof frequent safety accidents in the course of students’ practice and training. In order to ensurethe vocational college students’ practice safety and legal rights and interests, maintainvocational college normal education teaching order, improve crisis prevention ability, andeven reduce the occurrence of crisis furthest and the damage caused by the crisis, the presentsituation and the developing trends of domestic and international crisis prevention areanalyzed in the paper, and the progresses of crisis prevention study achieved by the domesticand foreign scholars are pointed out, in addition that the existing problems and the deficiencyin the research have found all through the literature research and comparative research. Mostscholars only put forward strategy problem about crisis prevention research, and lack ofsystemic and operability. The study of crisis prevention researched by foreign scholars issystematic and comprehensive, but more applied to enterprises, government or public crisisevents, rarely used in the students’ practice. Throughout the domestic and internationalresearch, therefore the crisis prevention mechanism research in students’ practice and trainingof vocational colleges is imperative.Crisis prevention is a special kind of management activities, in which it monitor,diagnosis and control the hidden danger and its development trend, in order to early warn andprevent the crisis. The goal is to prevent the occurrence of crisis or reduce the extent of thehazards after crisis, and guarantee organization in good condition. This paper researches onfive aspects: the concept definitions of the crisis prevention mechanism in the practice andtraining, the survey result and reason analysis in current situation of crisis preventionmechanism in the practice and training, the basic principles of crisis prevention mechanism’soperation in the practice and training, establish and improve crisis prevention mechanism inthe practice and training, safeguard measures of crisis prevention mechanism’s operation inthe practice and training. The concepts of crisis prevention mechanism in the practice andtraining are explored and analyzed in the integrated perspective. Through the investigationand study in order to understand the existing problems of crisis prevention mechanism in thepractice and training and analyze reasons, in adhere to the people-oriented principle, scientificprinciple, institutional guarantee principle and collaborative operation principle, crisisprevention mechanism in the practice and training is established and perfected, including the early warning mechanism, the information release mechanism, the psychological interventionmechanism, the supervision and inspection mechanism, the funding mechanism and thefeedback mechanism. According to the present survey result and reason analysis of crisisprevention mechanism in vocational colleges’ practice and training, under the premise ofbasic principles in mechanism’s operation, crisis prevention mechanism in the practice andtraining is established and perfected, furthermore the guarantee measures of supportingmechanism’s operation are put forward: first of all, strengthen college students’ sense of crisisprevention, and improve students’ ability in crisis prevention; second, perfect organizationsystem of the crisis prevention, and improve the efficiency of crisis management; third,establish a long-term working mechanism of crisis prevention, and safeguard daily preventionof the practice and training; fourth, promote the construction of practice’s rules andregulations, and prompt the crisis prevention systematic and institutionalized; finally, perfectthe construction of practice’s laws and regulations, and make students’ practice lawful.From the view of system theory and the overall dimensions, this paper is to establishvocational colleges’ crisis prevention mechanism in the practice and training, to improvevocational colleges’ crisis prevention ability, and to form the scientific and reasonablemanagement system. It has not only great theory value, but also far-reaching practicalsignificance. Further it enriches the content of the innovation management in vocationalcolleges, and provides important system guarantee to the vocational education’ personneltraining mode, in addition that it can effectively early warn and prevent crisis, reduce thedamage after crisis, and provide security for the students’ safety and legal rights in thepractice and training. This research contribute to comprehensively practice in the idea“people-oriented, student-oriented”, protect students’ personal safety and ensure the students’legitimate rights and interests, furthermore provide ideas and operational strategy to preventcrisis in vocational colleges’ practice and training, and promote the healthy development ofthe cooperation between colleges and enterprises. Therefore, crisis prevention mechanism inthe practice and training of vocational schools is really set up and gradually perfected, inorder to prevent the occurrence of crisis events through the effective institutional guaranteeand powerful order control.
