Relatively stable characteristics of thecharacter that formed by individuals in the volition action is the quality of will.The will and thequality of will is the high-profile objects in the field of psychology.people has made manyachievements in this aspect both at home and abroad. People have formed a set of systematictheory include the definition and character of cultivation methods of classification.In today’s world, competition is becoming increasingly fierce, the society is becomingmore and more complex.comprehensive quality requirements for talents is higher.with a newround of the curriculum reform and the implementation of quality education,will quality hasbeen paid more and more attention in education,How to cultivate willpower to students hasbecome the concern of every teacher. As one of the important humanities, history in qualitycultivation of students will play an important role, has the value of academic.guided by newcurriculum idea, the academic circles on the basis of existing research results, combined with thehistory teaching practice, using the character of some cultivation of teaching cases, middleschool students’ character cultivation are discussed in this paper. In addition to the introductionand conclusion,this article have five parts: the first part is to define the related concepts ofwill,including the will, character and classification,action and its characteristics; the secondpart,through the investigation of the will quality of three junior high school students in QingdaoDistrict of Licang,to understand the history teaching of junior middle school students to fosterthe will character current situation of junior high school students, summed up the will qualitycharacteristics; the third part, from two aspects of the junior high school history teacher and thestudents introduces the effect of cultiving will; the fourth part, proposed the junior middle schoolhistory teaching of middle school students will quality culture method and the way from twoaspects in class, extracurricular measures measures; the fifth part, the junior middle schoolhistory teaching of middle school students will develop the quality of the teacher some questionsshould be paid attention to, including the education idea, clear training objectives, to improve theliterature, strengthening the cultivation of their good will quality.
