The Social Work In Enterprise Approach In Employees’ Career Services Research

Social work in enterprise is a continuation of the social work in the field ofenterprise, to help employees to make reasonable and effective career planning plays animportant role. Especially the modern enterprise is facing more and more after80,90,Cenozoic migrant workers, they are no longer content with a small salary, pay moreattention to career development, interpersonal harmony degree. Enterprises want todevelop these talents to the maximum potential and formulate perfect career planning, theymust get social workers’ assistance.In this background, the study takes20new generation migrant workers in Y enterprise,Yangzhou, as the research object, under the guidance of Abraham H Maslow’s hierarchy ofneeds theory, associate group work with questionnaire way, make a positivist study aboutthe social work in enterprise approach in employees’ career services research. It has provedthe importance and necessity that the social work in enterprise approach in employees’career services, but there is a problem about the enterprise social worker role predicamentin the process of implementation. Therefore, in the comprehensive evaluation based on thestudy, emphatically discusses enterprise social work in step in the development direction ofcareer services staff, and put forward reasonable suggestions from three aspects above theenterprise internal, enterprise purchasing service, training social workers.There is little information about enterprise social work intervention for employees’career services research, at the same time, this study also has a lot of shortage combinedwith the specific differences in national conditions, for enterprise social workers involved in employee’s career service mode without in-depth discussion, also is it the prospects forfuture research.
