Social work is committed to focusing on people’s work, family and community has been the focal points of the social attention, however, as another significant part of human’s life, people’s world of work tends to be ignored. Work occupying the most time of their daily lives and psychological stress being too heavy, the employees of modern enterprises work under high pressure, sub-healthy spirit and other social problems following them. Social work of enterprises confronts such a complex world of work, people can pay attention to and understand the world from various angles. Social work of enterprises stand for using the methods of social work to solve the hard situations which the enterprise employees are facing and help them reduce psychological pressure to a certain extent, and thus, the enterprises are promoted to make sound progress and achieve the purpose of motivating workers.To paper,by introducing the professional working method of enterprises’social work and with combinations of the author’s experience of bringing group work in the area of enterprises management, discusses the application and the practicalness of the method through group work’s theory research and practical examples of the employees’working pressure; And through group work’s application and analysis of the employees’working pressure, I hope to provide the working pressure issues.
