Research On The Roller Skating Development Status In Suzhou Middle And Primary School

with the successfully close of the30thOlympic Games happened in London2012，more and more turn their attention to sports and eager to learn much about Olympic Gamesand its events. Except familiar Chinese traditional and superior events such as ping-pong，badminton， gymnastics， weightlifting and diving， there are some other non-OlympicGames events that develop very well. Among these events， roller skating is representative.It develops fast and welcomed by students in middle and primary school deeply as thenational economy and society develop persistently and life level is going up.Suzhou city is one of the most popular cities at roller skating， and its primary groundlies in middle and primary school. Using manners of documentary， experts interviews andquestionnaire， this thesis tries to do a research on the roller skating development status inSuzhou middle and primary school in the sociology view considering school sports actualstatus. There are conclusions:First， as so far， the content in Suzhou middle and primary school roller skating isbased on speeding roller skating and leisure roller skating.Second，presently，students have harder attention and favor levels in Suzhou middleand primary school which offers an important condition to make school roller skating evenpopular.Third， the main obstacles effecting roller skating spread in Suzhou middle andprimary school are: lack of professional teachers， old fashioned teaching manners andlimits of site and facilities.Fourth， roller skating lovers in some schools are freed from safe measure， whichwill lead to incidents. So school， parents and society should pay much attention to that.On the basis of the research results， the author puts forward following suggestions:firstly， education administration and school leaders should attach importance to school roller skating， and put more found into roller skating sites and facilities. Secondly，schools should force the teacher foundation and complete training system. There also needsmore creation in roller skating teaching style and manner. Thirdly， schools should culturestudents’ automatic learning capacity and improve safe awareness. Fourthly， to pay muchattention to complete roller skating competition rules in middle and primary school inSuzhou city so as to expand the social influence of roller skating sport.
