Research On Service Quality Of University Physical Education Based On PZB Model

At present, the evaluation index of the teaching evaluation in China is formulatedby the government. It is a reflect of the will of the government’s management, but notregarded of the students as the subject. This method can not be a true reflection of thequality of higher education, which will unable to find the problems and timely correct.According to the“SERVQUAL”scale, this research adopts“PZB service qualitymodel”theory, in order to explore the gap between the students’expectation and practicalexperience for sports teaching, the satisfaction to the service of physical educationteaching and the needs of sports teaching. The innovation of this research is the analysisof the relationship between the teaching quality of sports and physical education overallsatisfaction, which is different from the previous research-only investigate from thestudent’s perception. The significance of this study is to understand the students’ attitudeto the teaching quality of physical education，so that the quality of teaching and thestudents’s overall satisfaction can be improved and a more perfect teaching assessmentsystem will on its way.The results of the survey are as follows: Firstly, college students have higherexpectations of the sports teaching service’s quality; Secondly, college students’ actualexperience on quality of service is poor in Physical Education Teaching; Thirdly, thegap between the students’ expectation and practical experience for sports teaching is big.This is mainly reflected in the physical view and reaction concept level, and students toensure a relatively small drop of items in the view and the view of human nature...
