Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University,co-host by Nanjing Medical University and the Government of Lianyungang City,is a public-run independent college.And the canteen of Kangda College has a large number of customers,including all of teachers and students.According to the Development of Society & Economy of China,the Improvement of Living Standards of China and the students' consumption demand,there are more and more businessmen and restaurants around colleges with delicious foods,as well as the Development of Internet and Takeaway business,as a result,college's canteens are no longer competitive as before.In addition,problems such as food hygiene,simple dishes,taste bad and dining environment noise and other issues,led to most of the teachers and students are not satisfied with the canteen of Kangda College.Students' canteen management has become an important part of college management.Therefore,how to improve the management level of logistics canteen and strengthen service quality innovation is an important research topic of college and students' canteen management.This study is supported by the theories of Service Innovation,Customer Satisfaction Model and People-Oriented,and combined the literature research,based on the analysis of the problems exposed in the operation and management,and conducts an empirical study on the results of the Students' questionnaire on the satisfaction of the canteen service quality,the manager of canteen should focus on the price,weight,taste and types of foods in the first,and managers to improve the basic management of canteen,enhance service quality innovation and improve the quality of food.The canteen managers should enhance the communication with students,and guide students to have a correct understanding of food prices and other issues,and maintain the stability of the campus.At the same time,taking improving the students' satisfaction as the work orientation,this study makes an analysis from the four aspects of the management concept,management mode,management system and management strategy of the logistics canteen,and a preliminarily exploration and research on the working ideas,working methods and working paths of the canteen service quality innovation of Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University.With the help of new management concepts and working methods,we can improve the canteen management and provide some intellectual support for the orderly teaching and research work in Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University.
