Mobile technology continues to evolve and progress, and gradually comes to the field of education. Mobile learning becomes a new learning model, which is not only very popular in learners, but also take highly notice of educational scholars. For mobile learners, one of the most intuitive way to learn is via to mobile learning applications (m-learning app).But the array of mobile learning app, how to evaluate its good or bad, and how to make easy access to high-quality resources for learners? Mobile learning applications’ evaluation becomes a very practical significance, however, the research on evaluation of mobile learning applications is rarely in both domestic and overseas where do not have formed a complete and authoritative evaluation criterion for mobile learning applications.In this article, the author make the mobile learning apps as research perspective. On the basis of summing up the status quo of mobile learning resources evaluation in domestic and overseas, I drawed on existing online learning evaluation standards and norms, and then to combine the mobile learning characteristics, to analyze mobile learning apps’dimension, completely formed a multidimensional evaluation framework of mobile learning applications.Finally, I test on the basically formed mobile learning apps evaluation system in practical applications. The test invited20mobile learning experts and scholars in the field of educational technology for the assessment of an app. After demonstrate through a series of preparations and instructions, to display the actual process of the evaluation system applications. And then collected the assessment data to organize and summarize, so as to seek the problem in the actual evaluation process of the mobile learning apps evaluation system, and also verified its availability and effectiveness.I hope to continue optimize the evaluation system on the basis of the mobile learning apps’multidimensional evaluation framework, and make it es an authority of the mobile learning application evaluation standards. Aimed at m-learning’s characters, continue to expand and dig stronger suitability assessment indicators, form a completely learning resource evaluation criterion.
