With the advent of the mobile Internet era, mobile learning has become another new way of learning. Among them, the move to e-book package platform is the rep-resentative of ongoing learning in the country. Since its infancy, not the exact mode of teaching, and the integration of related systems, such as the presence of weak, lack of resources and interactive way to learn a single other issues, and the direct effect of weakening the experience of mobile learning. Therefore, this thesis summarizes and presents the mobile learning model based on the learning-oriented e-book and designed correlated framework.Firstly, mis thesis studies existing mobile learning and related learning system, analyzes the core issues which exist and the corresponding solutions. Secondly, the existing mobile learning mode scattered stratified induction, and is designed based on a bottom-up hierarchical learning scalable e-learning mode. Again, from the ubiquitous learning environment perspective, combined with a variety of contextual learning in-stances, the abstract and the integration of multi-contextual interactive mobile learning framework. Finally, in the mobile learning system requirements analysis, design and architecture-based prototype, based on book learning built around the end of the devel-opment environment, the students developed and implemented based on the client side with teachers learning mobile e-learning system for mobile learning model and the fea-sibility of the proposed framework for verification from the application point of view. In addition, the paper also analyzes the mobile learning framework layers of microscopic model for the expansion of the model to provide a guarantee.This thesis initially completed the design of mobile learning e learning framework based mobile learning activities to carry out the learners provide a new mobile learn-ing mode. Meanwhile, on the basis of the framework design, the basic completion of the students and teachers end client-based mobile learning e-learning system, and the interaction between the two. When learners use the system from learning platform launching point of learning, the learner level of interaction and learning of formality, the overall coherence and learning environment either cut at an angle of learning to their own learning needs and contexts as input, at any time cross-platform, multi-device any- where access to learning resources in line with the learning environment, and interact with to get a good learning experience, obtain the corresponding learning outcomes.
