Discrimination is the painful experience of the migrant population. As the construction of the city army, migrant population is contributed to the prosperity and development in the provincial capital of Zhengzhou. Not only provide a large number of labor for urban construction and development, but also enrich the regional culture. But the diversity of the migrant population has brought certain difficulty for social management. The discrimination phenomenon is still grim. The rights and interests of migrant population is still hard to get effective guarantee. Produced by discrimination of stereotypes and cultural relativism is hinders the social mobility and the impact of migrant workers into the city. Employment of migrant population is the most fundamental guarantee for living because the right is the most basic rights of laborers. It is directly subjected to the impact of the discrimination. Therefore, this article from the discrimination this analyzing the framework of the social vulnerable groups. The author devotes to the research the discrimination problems of Zhengzhou migrant groups in occupational mobility.This research selected more than16years out of Zhengzhou city household registration as investigation object. Take the sociological research methods. For example, questionnaire survey, case interviews, data analysis and so on. An empirical investigation of Zhengzhou scale and status of migrant groups. Innovative dimensions define career choice and career status. At the same time, discrimination of migrant groups in logical analysis, analyze the discrimination behind deep social reason; straighten out the formation process of discrimination. Points out that the mass media and interpersonal communication is a discrimination in two main route of transmission. In the interaction of the two, the negative images of migrant population to strengthen, build and spread.At the end of the article, the author aimed at employment problems existing in Zhengzhou city and urban development of the objective conditions, starting from the individual level, system level, social level to build "3d" mode of social support system.
