In the current process of educational exploration and practice,China attaches importance to cultivating students' ability to learn independently.Self learning is one of the learning methods advocated by the current curriculum reform and regards it as the primary goal of a new round of curriculum reform.Traditional self-directed learning research has a series of problems such as single focus on practical goals,poor coordination and overall,psychological pressure caused by teacher role authority.The service concept and professional methods of social work helping people and self-help all reflect their unique advantages in promoting students' independent learning,which provides an opportunity to effectively help teenagers improve their motivation and adapt to modern learning life.This article mainly adopts the social work group work method,questionnaire survey and participatory observation method to intervene in the high school students'autonomous learning motivation.The target of this study is 57 students in a certain class of L Middle School and High School,and 56 valid questionnaires were recovered.The questionnaire includes four dimensions:learning motivation,learning content,learning time,and influencing factors.Through spssibm21 and excel13,the questionnaire of "senior high school students' Autonomous Learning" was analyzed and the results of the investigation on the impact of students' autonomous learning motivation were generated.The group work turns the above factors into the theme of the group,and takes a class of senior two as the group members,divides them into seven activities to intervene,and finally makes group evaluation and summary.The main findings are as follows:First,the results of the questionnaire analysis of "High School Students'Autonomous Learning" found that in addition to social and family environmental factors,the main factors affecting high school students' autonomous learning and internal motivation are the lack of goals,as well as self-efficacy,interpersonal relationships and class environment Etc.are the key factors that affect motivation.Together with the target factors,these factors together constitute an important content that affects student motivation.Second,the evaluation results believe that the social work team's involvement in the high school students 'self-learning motivation is effective.The specific performance is as follows:adhere to the concept of "helping others to help themselves",enhance self-solving and developing their own abilities;Professional goals have a wider impact;use a variety of social work methods and multi-professional means to achieve goals;social workers are professional workers and have empathy for young people.Third,there are some difficulties in social work's involvement in school students autonomous learning motivation.At the system level,it is shown as follows:the government purchase is less touched,the overall function division of the school is relatively complete,the identity of social workers is vague,and the right of discourse is limited;at the social workers level,it is shown as follows:lack of social workers talents,unable to pay full attention to all students;inadequate training of supervision,unable to meet the needs of social workers;The professionalism of social work needs to be improved;the social resources of social work are limited,which is difficult to meet the actual needs of students;in the objective situation:the vertical and horizontal groups lack of time to carry out,which is difficult to consolidate the service effect;the service is difficult to cover all the problems affecting the learning motivation;it is difficult to obtain effective parental assistance at this stage;the service personnel involuntarily participate,which affects the service effect;the school's Pay less attention to the effect of learning;In view of the above difficulties,this paper puts forward the following suggestions.From the perspective of social work:strengthen the professional training of team members;fully understand the characteristics of young people and the comprehensive situation of team members;use case work to assist guidance according to the individual problems of students;pay attention to the diversification and objectification of team assessment methods;ensure the in-depth development of horizontal and vertical time;from the perspective of school curriculum:focus on professional discipline understanding and establish science To strengthen the education of high school students' ideals and beliefs,cultivate social responsibility and historical mission;to form a joint force between the school and the society and develop educational support from social forces;Family perspective:Parents should pay attention to the role of the family in the growth of teenagers,and provide psychological support to teenagers with companionship and care;policy recommendations:enrich and improve education compensation policies to provide comprehensive protection for students in difficulty;improve corresponding regulations and services Policies,promote the formation of home-school synergy;increase the intensity of purchasing school youth social work services,emphasize the development of school social work talents,and promote a school-led multi-party work structure with a clear division of labor among the family,school,and social work.
