Adaptation of intelligence disability is an important one of the criteria for diagnosis and classifies the intelligence disability, in special education research area, is an eternal research theme. The intelligence disability should focus on training and improving their adaptation. Class adaptation is kinds of school adaptation, belong to adaptation. Research on class adaptation characteristic for the intelligence disabilities is the requirements of curriculum reform in special education school, and is conducive to the study of students and teaches of teachers, and provides support for enriching the theory and defining the conception of adaptation. In this study, base on documents, express the lack of informed research, and based on the three factors of class and the connotation of class adaptation, related to the realities of mental retardation students’ class, intelligence disability students’ class adaptation (teacher evaluation) questionnaire was developed. Reliability test, validity analysis and exploratory factor analysis were performed. Pass the contrast with students in common school; discuss the intelligence disability students’ class adaptation level and characteristic.All the research around the theme of the intelligence disability students’ class adaptation characteristic, lays a lot of emphasis on the work of three:the formation of intelligence disability students’ class adaptation (teacher evaluation) questionnaire, the intelligence disability students’ class adaptation level and characteristic and the comparison of the intelligence disability students and common students. The findings are as follows:(1) The intelligence disability students’ class adaptation (teacher evaluation) questionnaire is meet the criterion of psychometrics, is appropriate for surveying the intelligence disability students’ class adaptation.(2) Most students’ adaptation is bad, below a critical value. The score of physical environment adaptation is high; the learning adaptability is the lowest. (3) There is no difference between boys and girls.(4) It is significantly different between different mental retardation degrees. The students with higher degrees had higher level of class adaptation.(5) The intelligence disability students’class adaptation level is significantly different between different grades. The students in higher grade had higher level of class adaptation.(6)The students of intelligence disability has different class adaptation characteristic from the common student. The level of class adaptation for students of intelligence disability improves gradually, but the common students’ class adaptation is uneven.
