Since the new curriculum reform, the articulation of teaching materials, which can affects teachers’ and students’ teaching and learning directly has been getting more and more attention by numerous experts and scholars. As the compulsory education curriculum standard encourages press to publish diversity mathematics teaching material according to the different situation, now many places use a version of math textbook in junior high school and use another version in senior high school. Undoubtedly, it will bring great distress to the articulation of high school teaching materials. Therefore, only consider the high school mathematics knowledge as a whole, can the problem been eased.This research uses the literature method, comparative method and interview method. By the way of reading literature and combining interview, inspects the research status of high school mathematics teaching materials and the method adopted by the scholars, conclusion, etc. The first part starts with the meaning of the teaching materials and the organization method and layout of teaching materials. Then focus on analysis of the meaning of articulation, and presents the definition of articulation of the teaching materials in this article. After that, formulate three internal standards and three external conditions. The Three internal standards respectively are:Whether the presentation can bring student interests and lead students to learn autonomously. The articulation of the details and difficulty of the textbooks is good. The quantity of exercises is moderate, and can consolidate the double-bases, guide the students’ divergent thinking. The three external conditions are:The layout is based on the way of students’ thinking and mathematics logic. Teaching materials should consider when column classified scientifically. The contents need contact with the actual life of students. The second part mainly says, after analysis the teaching material, found the math teaching materials have already scored some point in content presentation, knowledge, problem sets, layout, etc. The third part firstly list some problems on the articulation of math materials from junior to senior high school, such as use pictures repeatedly, the difficulty of knowledge span is too large, requirements of some details are different. Then give some reasons to the problems. The main causes of these problems are:The standard of junior high school and senior high school connect badly. The cohesion senior high school entrance examination and college entrance examination is not ideal. The students’ psychology and the change of thinking mode is difficult to control. Teachers in different learning period don’t know the details of each period’s textbook. There’s a gap between urban and rural areas and the unequal distribution of education resources.According to the Status quo of the materials articulation, proposing to construct a knowledge system, and then points out what to learn in different stages in each learning period. The tactic is apart into two aspects:The influence factors of the math materials preparation and the concrete suggestions of math materials preparation. The former includes:The standard of the two periods should be cohesive proper. The textbook writers should consider various factors. Teachers should study the teaching material seriously. The latter includes:Comply with the students’ thinking. Narrow the difficulty of junior high to senior high school math material, consider resources, regional differences. Enrich the presentations of the two periods’teaching materials. On the basis of the theory of knowledge, improve the high school textbook knowledge system.
