Higher vocational education in higher education in China accounted for half of the country, especially with the attention of the State Higher Vocational Education, vocational colleges ideological and political teachers overall level has improved significantly, due to the specific historical andpractical reasons, there are still some problems can not be ignored. Strengthen vocational colleges ideological and political theory in the context of the new curriculum reform, teacher team building and raising the degree of specialization of the ideological and political theory course teachers is the most important reform of the ideological and political theory teaching.This paper, using a questionnaire and interviews, A City13vocational colleges investigation, to identify the problems that exist in the higher vocational colleges ideological and political theory course teachers’ construction, and analysis, to identify a cause of the problem, and for these reasons, the proposed improvement measures. Through the survey, the author first proposed vocational colleges ideological and political theory course teachers’ construction workforce planning is not clear, large turnover of teachers, team stability, fewer training opportunities for teachers, low level of scientific research, teacher evaluation mechanism is not perfect and other issues followed by the cause of the problem is reflected in teachers’ enthusiasm for work is not high, the low level of teaching, the school’s lack of understanding of the importance of the ideological and political theory course teachers and inadequate measures, there are some prejudices of society the ideological and political theory course teachers view, the legitimate rights and interests of teachers is the lack of specific policies and system security; Finally, I propose appropriate strategies for the above problem, such as the establishment of relevant rules and regulations of the sound team building, focus on training the teachers’quality, improve the teaching level, and improve the ideological and political theory course teachers’ training and exchange system and various protection mechanisms, these strategies to promote teachers’ self enhance the value of the harmonious development of the school....
