In implementing the basic task of moral cultivation in colleges and universities,the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities(hereinafter referred to as the ideological and political course)plays a critical role.To better initiate ideological and political courses,college teachers should be put into right position.As an important variable,ideological and political courses in colleges and universities,determines the affinity and effectiveness.In this paper,influences from college teachers are divided into two part--power influence and non-power influence.Powerful influence provide college ideological and political teachers with undisputed coercive power in student management and teaching promotion.The non-power influence empowers teachers subtly affect students with their noble personality cultivation,solid knowledge cultivation,superb professional ability,and sincere emotional care,fully stimulate students’ subjective initiative,and motivate students profoundly and lastingly.Enhancing and giving full play to the non-powerful influence of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities not only follows the basic principles of ideological and political education,but also conforms to the basic laws of physical and mental development of contemporary college students.In order to better absorb the educational content.Since this systematic project is constantly paving its path,the promotion of the non-power influence of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities will be an increasingly important process,and it is also a topic of nowadays era worth continuous in-depth discussing.This paper is oriented by the goal and problem,according to the idea of "proposing problems-analyzing problems-solving problems",deeply analyzes the general theory,constituent elements,restrictive factors and improvement approaches of the non-power influence of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.In order to promote the specialized and professional development of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,and to make teachers better meet the requirement of the affinity,pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,this thesis is respectively divided into six chapters,as follows:First,ask questions.The first chapter is to introduce the origin of the research,the significance of the subject,and the research status at home and abroad,which lays a foundation for this research.Second,analyze the problem.The second chapter is a theoretical overview.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing relevant theoretical research results,combined with the new requirements of the new era for college ideological and political teachers and the new learning conditions of post-00 s students,the non-power influence of college ideological and political teachers is interpreted.The connotation and function,theoretical basis,practical basis and value of the times.The third chapter takes the standard requirements put forward by the Party Central Committee on the ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities from a strategic height as an important entry point,and analyzes the constituent elements of the non-authoritarian influence of college ideological and political teachers;The factors of non-power influence of political teachers have been sorted out and analyzed at the micro and macro levels.Finally,solve the problem.In view of the various factors that restrict the non-authoritative influence of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,this paper systematically studies the methods to improve the non-power influence of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities from the practical level.
