The postgraduate’s academic research of internal-dynamic mechanism is aim to inspire the postgraduate’s willing and freedom of academic research. It is the academic researches that translate from other-organization into internal "self-organization". At the same time, it is the core of it’s academic research. It influences the objectives achievement and academic potential about the postgraduate’s. Unlike professional master is the academic that they pay attention on, the academic-oriented postgraduate focuses on academic research, and it is the main academic reserve army. However it is required higher on the full-time Postgraduate.In addition, the study time and energy is different; from the professional postgraduates which determines the power of academic research requirements are also different.Concentrated in this academic research should be the tast of researchers. It is undisputed in the value standpoint, but reality is unpleasant, often leading to this mentioned again. The postgraduate belongs to the academic reserves and the potential researchers. They should aim to academic during the school period. Through the literature analysis method, interview methods and the falsification mathods,we found that full-time postgraduate haven’t got the enthusiasm to academic research right now. Thus, many schools have taken some measures, for example, some schools combined academic research with diploma, school fees, rewards and personal development in order to encourage postgraduates to do the academic research. Although they had some achievements, the inherent power mechanism of academic research is not perfect. so the postgraduate lacked of sustaining and interest to do the research, choosing the wrong school learning content; Studying only to find a decent job and to get a diploma. However the main reason is that they did not establish clear research objectives at the entrance; At the same time, the positive effects of social; Moreover, family members have inappropriate expectations of academic research; finally, there is a certain of compulsive. So, the paper introduced the theory of self-organization, based on self-organizing learning to improve the internal dynamic mechanism of the academic research of postgraduate. Through the principle of effective opening, bifurcation and selection, information exchanging and coordination or competition to inspire the internal drive of research, and translate their academic research from external other-organization to internal self-organization.The whole text in the following way, the introduction part briefly introduced the significance of the topic, and defines the core concept, makes a summary on the basis of the domestic and foreign related research, the existing research laid the foundation of this study, also provides data support for the discussion of this study. Next, through literature analysis, in-depth interview and falsification investigation of the present situation of the academic research on internal dynamic mechanism. Founding that postgraduate lacked motivation and enthusiasm of doing the academic research which constitutes to the second part of the article. The third part analysis of the reason which contain of postgraduate’s individual, family members social and academic research’s system. Finally, with the help of system self-organization theory, and analysis of the essence of the self-organization theory, making the theory of opening, bifurcation or choice, information effective communion and the coordination or competition principle exist at the same academic research system, in order to improve the inherent power of its academic research, and perfect the internal dynamic mechanism of academic research of full-time postgraduate...
