Study On The Internal Governance Structure Of The Basic Academic Organization Under The Modern University System

Basic academic organization is the basic unit of the organizational structure of the University,is the basic platform for the university to fulfill its teaching and scientific research and social service function,is the basic carrier to realize the goal of cultivating talents,is the cornerstone of university development and reform.Therefore,as a very urgent task,it is necessary to explore the current status of the development of College grassroots academic organizations and internal governance structure,so as to enhance the autonomy of grassroots academic organizations,strengthe n the cooperation and interaction between academic organizations,improve the enthusiasm of academic organization in the field of various stakeholders to participate in governance,academic optimization the allocation of resources,improve the quality of innovative talents cultivation and scientific research productivity.This study through the use of literature analysis,comparative study,questionnaire survey method,field theory into the Pierre Bourdieu foundation,a good reference experience of foreign universities basic academic organization internal governance mode.O n this basis,combined with expert interviews,using factor analysis method,explores the index system of academic governance within the organization at basic level in C hina,is divided into four level indicators,namely: organizational autonomy,organizational collaboration,participation in governance,research productivity.Visually shows the governance structure of C hina's grass-roots academic organizations inside through the index system,starting from the structure,according to the four indicators to analyse the current situation of the internal governance of academic organizations at basic level in C hina and the existing problems,and puts forward the improvement and some suggestions.
