Arts is an import way for infant self-expression, it plays an indispensable role in infants growth. As subset of arts education, music education plays an import role. The target of music education is cultivating infants’music experience, promote all round and harmonious development of infants’personality. Take music as intermediary, infants can feel the beauty of environment, life and arts, and also they express their feeling through the ways which they like. In that way, music education can enrich the music feeling and spirit life, push infants’development into harmonious way. So, infants music education plays an irrevocable role in infants feel education, aesthetic education and individual development. Teachers, leaders and participants, their behaviors effects the infants at anywhere and anytime as well as teaching action is the key and core for teaching, teaching action effects the quality and effects of teaching, it’s the basis for course idea and course revolution. While, in practical, teachers haven’t realized the target of the music education, they teach as they like. This article based on observation and communication, analyses the problems occurred in the present music education, it presents proposals to improve teaching action.Researches show that teacher instead of infant plays the main role in the music education which is not good for infant learning. Meanwhile, teacher is lack of patience for listening to infants and preparing for teaching, they always ignore the request from infants, and one to one teaching action can’t be adopted.There are four parts in the article,The first part is about research overview, it elaborates the reasons for writing, the basis and purpose of the article. It also defines the related concept and research method in the article. The second part presents the problems in present teaching action based on observation data and teaching analysis in kindergartens in City K, which includes teaching, guiding the practice, and the feedback to activities.The Third part analyses the reasons which caused problems in present teaching action, which includes teachers have no idea about purpose of music education, the concept of preprimary education is not scientific, teachers are not good at music appreciation and expression and also the effect from kindergarten management system.The last part presents the proposal to improve the teaching action in City K.Based on infant’s law of somatopsychic development and concept of preprimary music education, combined with writer’s professional music knowledge, the article hopes that more research can be done on practical teaching action. It suggests that the teacher should pay much attention on his own role in teaching, realize the inadequacy in teaching, improve musical skill, and optimize teaching action, then to improve the music education quality in kindergarten.
