Learn&Serve put students at the center position, which make the service and knowledge of social together. If students use the knowledge of learning from the living situation, they can get the experience into knowledge. Students’ ability of social attention and concern has been growing in this process. The United States of America learn&serve emerged in the60’s of the last century. After20th90s, learn&serve has gradually developed into a national education campaign. Its theory and experience of learn&serve from the United States can be found that is effective way of learning and also is a popular method of civic education society in service learning. Learn&Serve is a very important for the new curriculum in our country of development.This paper is divided into five parts:Learn&Serve has a long history. The first part of the paper is America Learn&Serve development of clue. It introduces the development of background.The second part include of the theory perspective of America, connotation and feature, theoretical support, education value and application scope and condition.The third part of the paper focuses on the United States Florida schools learn&serve of implementing. It include the Florida primary and secondary service learning case summary, case implementation goal, case operation preparatory work, the operation process of the case and case analysis of result of implementation aspects in this part.The fourth part is the United States Florida schools learn&serve reference analysis. This part mainly stated the part of the main statement of comprehensive protection support and financial system for reference conditions, complete "service learning" operating model is to draw on the operating mechanism, similar to the needs and service concept.The last part, The author analyses the United States Florida schools service learning application in China. It have4parts. They are the establishment of family, school, community education mode, reform of China’s primary and secondary education, the development of community resource, the integration of community services and programs, evaluation and feedback to service activities after school.
