Mr. Yang Shuzi, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, said:"A country or a nation will be broken down by others easily without modern science and advanced technology; while it will collapse without excellent history tradition and national human spirit even no one attack it." The national culture is a sign of nation, a civilization result created and built up in the process of nation forming and developing, an intelligence fruit growing up in the labor practices of national members, and an important condition of forming and developing of nation community. As one of the treasure of Chinese nation culture, Chinese Korean nationality culture has special culture intension and education significance. Therefore, how to explore the curriculum resources of Chinese Korean nationality culture, fully use the education value of Chinese Korean nationality culture, arrange courses of Chinese Korean nationality culture, and how to transmit and develop Chinese Korean nationality culture, all these are problems that need to be resolve quickly in the reform of new course, and have received much attention of educational circle. While the early childhood is critical period of growth and development for people, and important phase to learn knowledge, master skills, form habits and cultivate the mind. The preschool education is to lay foundation for the sustainable development of people, should make them to understand their own national culture to some extent. This research takes Chinese Korean traditional culture as starting point, and studies the development and utilization of curriculum resources of Chinese Korean nationality culture in the preschool phase based on reasons mentioned above. The main opinions of this paper are shown as followed:The first section interprets the intension and educational value of Chinese Korean nationality culture, elaborates the cultural source of Chinese Korean nationality that coming from outside, and the duality and main features of Chinese Korean nationality culture. It analyzes the educational value in intelligence education, moral education, aesthetic education and physical education on the basis of production and life experiences accumulated in practices by Chinese Korean nationality members and literature, music, painting, dance, games, sports, folklore and other cultural conformations created by them.The second section is seeking and identifying the curriculum resources of Chinese Korean nationality culture. According to the differentiation of culture made by Mr. Zhang Dainian, this section checks and identifies the curriculum resources of Chinese Korean nationality culture from various aspects including living culture resources, life comity resources, folk transmission culture resources, traditional artistry resources, festival culture resources and historical culture resources.The third section is the conception of curriculum resources of Chinese Korean nationality in preschool phase, and establishes the research on curriculum resources development and utilization of Chinese Korean nationality culture in the preschool phase from six aspects including target, basic idea, screening principle, contents, utilization way and evaluation.
