| Sound eating behaviors developed early in life not only promote goodnutrition of children,but also be likely to help form good dietary habits inadult and affect health condition in later life.The thesis consists of four parts.Part one illustrates the great significance of fostering eating behaviorsin young children after defining the two concepts:eatingbehaviors,children’s eating behaviors。Part two, this thesis uses the qualitative research way, aiming at makinga deeply comparative analysis of children’s dining behavior and thedifferences between being at home and kindergarten. Firstly, based on thecoding and analysis of a large number of the observation data, the researcherclassifies children’s dining behavior into five aspects,named theindependence when they are dinning, the behavior of choosing food,theattention while they are dinning, the speed when they are dinning,and thebehavior of eating snacks.Also the researcher describes various specificperformance of children’s dining behavior in detail.Part three, based on the researchers observed6Tangshan Citykindergarten child care homes five dimensions of eating behavior found thefollowing questions: children have the ability to dine independently, butpassive serious dining; toddler refuses vegetables, preference for meatdishes; Child care dine in a variety of distracted behavior; the earlychildhood mealtime uneven, young children prefer snacks affect normalmeal.Part four, based on the existing problems, from kindergarten, family, child care multifaceted impact factor analysis to identify the reasons forthe formation of their eating behavior.Finally, to offer some reference, based on the analysis the reasons theresearcher pertinently put forward a set of measures.Forexample,kindergartens should build a suitable diet environment for children;Parents should build the correct concept of education; targeted to solve theproblem; understanding of children’s physical and mental characteristics andso on. |
