The nursing profession is more mainly girls in China, compared withother students, living in a more female environment, lack normal exchangewith male, which affect their mental health. Nursing students in thespecialized middle school as a special group, will enter professional career,they are faced the situation of heavy task, low basic qualifications, rigorousemployment and poor ability, are high-risk groups of stress psychologicalproblems. Their mental health was significantly lower than the national norm,domestic and international studies have shown that stress events is animportant objective factors that affect students’ mental health, it waspositively correlated with the occurrence of individual anxiety, depression,paranoia, and neurological disorders. Strengthen the mental health educationand psychological intervention for nursing students in the specialized middleschool, to reduce the life stress level, improve mental health level, to promotethe development of their physical and mental health, are the demand fortraining high-quality care personnel to improve their professionalpsychological quality, are also nursing vocational education requirements.The study was randomly selected each45in school first and second grade,45in third-year clinical internship, a total of130nursing students in Baotouhealth school, using a general information questionnaireto follow-up surveyfour times, each survey interval of three months. To analysis different age,gender, grade, physical health status, academic achievement, family residence,family, family economic condition, season and is the difference between lifestress level only-child students and related psychological problems, andexplore the change rule, for the school to carry out the positive mental healtheducation, mental health early warning mechanism, to provide reference formaintenance of students’ psychological health.The results show that, the nursing profession students in middle lifestress state, the one or two, the third grade students in middle life stress levelof the proportion of the population were70.73%,72.66%and74.17%; gender has no effect on life stress level of nursing students of different levels; lifestress of nursing students of different ages, grades, with the increase of thegrowth of the age, grade, life stress level increases; different life stress levelin different physical health level of nursing students, physical health status ispoor student, life stress level is higher; different life stress level in differentgrades of nursing school students, academic achievement and the poorerstudents, life stress level is higher; in a certain extent, life stress level ofnursing students from rural areas than urban students, family nursing schoolstudents life stress level is lower than that of single parent families, familiesand other special family students, family economic status and life stress levelsare negatively correlated, one-child nursing school students life stress level isfar less than non-only-child students; life stress level of nursing students ishigher in spring than in the other three seasons.In existing education mode, establishing and improve mental healtheducation institutions and management system, using positive mental healtheducation philosophy, building a harmonious campus atmosphere,establishing mental health records, setting mental health education courses,setting a psychological counseling agencies, improving overall quality ofteachers and the ability of nursing students in the specialized middle school,planning steps to carry out various forms of mental health education, improvemental health education infrastructure, and actively create a psychologicalwarning support system. Using a targeted manner mental health education todifferent grade, age, academic achievement, family students in differentseason, concerning about their lives, communicating emotion with them, todiscover their psychological problems, training teaching their active copingstyle, manner to help them solve psychological confusion in time, lower lifestress level, improve their coping skills and mental health level.
