Previously, most of our senior school take the teachers’ teaching type, sothat the students’ cooperative learning mode are taken less. The students havethe same shortcoming in lack of cooperation consciousness and ability. With2001, the ministry education of the People’s Republic of China put forwardcooperation and encourage cooperative learning, and the group cooperationmode has been widely welcomed by students and teachers, then the researchand practice has been flourishing, a lot of achievements are obtained.On this basis, the paper, which is related to the applied research on groupcooperative learning in lessons of senior high school organic chemistry,analyses the necessity and feasibility of group cooperative learning in lessonsof senior high school organic chemistry through document research,investigation, interviews and so on. I established the model of the cooperationlearning. Through above research, drew the following conclusions:1. Cooperative learning used in senior high school organic chemistryteaching can help students to build their own knowledge networks. ThroughCooperative learning, students can know about the organic compounds, andestablish the knowledge nets of organic compounds, and grasp themsystematically.2. Cooperative learning can improve the students’ interest in organicchemistry learning. There are the student as the main body in cooperative learning, which students actively participate to the complex organicknowledge learning, and there are no sleepy students in the classroom, thiscan make students realize that organic chemistry learning is an interestingthing, they realized organic chemistry learning is full of charming andpleasure. they will love it and be good at it.3. Cooperative learning can help students to form cooperationconsciousness and ability. Through cooperative learning, students can form acorrect view in communication and become more united, realize cooperationnot competition can inspire fight and obtain achievements easier.4. Cooperative learning can improve the motivation and scores of thestudents who cannot do the best in their study. It also makes for coming intobeing better atmosphere of learning and reducing the possibility ofpolarization.5. The quality of cooperative learning depend on the teacher’s teaching. Thestudents’ cooperative learning is under the teacher’s guide. The groupdistribution and organization of cooperative learning, the organization of theworking group, the students’ preparation, and the teacher’s classroominstruction art and strategy can directly influence the result of cooperativelearning.
