In high school chemistry knowledge,organic chemistry is a relatively difficult module.Organic compound consisting of simple elements,but the variety,complex structure,different in character The students in the learning process,often feel powerless,unable to start,be at a loss what to do,the student's migration ability is especially high requirements It is because of the characteristics of organic chemistry,five elective module is often a point of differentiation,if mastered the methods and techniques of organic chemistry will feel relatively simple,if there is no control is feeling very difficult.Therefore,as the teaching staff,have the obligation to conduct in-depth thinking and Research on Organic Chemistry The key issue is to understand the students in the learning process of organic chemistry in ways of thinking and learning skills,and put forward to students specific effective teaching strategies for,by promoting the migration of students.To enable students to better grasp the basic knowledge of Organic Chemistry.Although there are some researchers in senior high school organic chemistry knowledge transfer gives some suggestions,but many are some migration strategies for a proposed chemistry or a particular problem,and to investigate the migration of organic chemistry teaching strategies for the whole module is not fully.Therefore,this paper combined with the high school chemistry "organic chemistry",has done some preliminary exploration and PracticeThrough observation,interviews and effective diagnosis method of sound thinking,Summed up the following four factors of knowledge transfer:misconceptions lead to negative transfer,the generalization ability of students is low,lack of knowledge structure and information integration ability,poor system.These are not good ways of thinking and learning a serious impact on the way of cultivating students' ability of migration in the process of learning organic chemistry.After the analysis of diagnosis and the migration ability of students,This study attempts to explore and promote the positive transfer of teaching strategies:Based on the concept,eliminate misconceptions;principles for nature,understanding of the reaction process;structure as the basis,mastery of physical properties;contact as the key,learn to digest.This paper selected the experimental study of in-service teaching a senior high school Through the experimental design of the same group,set up an experimental class and a control class in the two science classes,and then divided the same class into three levels.Pretest is high at the end of the semester two classes of grades in chemistry as a reference,followed by through the first half a semester of teaching,to midterm exam scores as the first analysis,through the teaching of the second half of the semester,in the final examination of the region's as the second analysis compared.After a period of one semester of experimental tracking can draw the following conclusions:(1)the migration ability the teaching strategy training is conducive to the cultivation of students' ability of migration,student achievement significantly increased.(2)the teaching strategy of the ability to develop and transfer has different effects on different levels of students.Master the migration of students,can with changeless should,stable results in a high layered;master slower students need longer time to develop,once the formation of migration,their organic chemistry scores will have a qualitative leap.(3)teaching strategy is a long-term task to cultivate the ability of migration.The teaching strategy of cultivating the ability of migration is slow and needs a long time in the teaching.Through practical teaching practice of organic chemistry,students' ability of transfer is very helpful to improve students' understanding of organic chemistry.The students to master the basic concepts,the understanding of the mechanism of organic reactions,to learn in order to practise.To the third phase of the review,the students can feel the deep organic part can comprehensively,so as to achieve good learning effect.
