Social pressures is everywhere now, It runs through all the people’s life. People how to treat the pressures and how to deal with pressures determines the pressure for its impact. In other words, if a man wants a more healthy life, then he will have to learn how to face and deal with the pressures. The theory of psychological resilience think the people face the setbacks, the time of pressures has a certain dynamic by ability of self-adaptation. Person, a social individual, in the process of individual socialization is the problem of how to learn to handle stress better. The individual is different for the pressure bearing capacity, From the perspective of psychological resilience, The high resilience of individuals can be better to adapt to social development, To create a good living and working environment for them; But the low resilience person is just the opposite, they are more likely to feel the pressure, but also more difficult to decompression. Research has shown that everyone has the resilience, and for the individual development has a very important significance. Therefore, the research on how to improve the individual psychological elasticity is very necessary. Discussion on how to make full use of the social support, improve the resilience of the senior high school students.
