With the country’s vigorous development of vocational education,vocational psychological education for secondary vocational students is receiving more and more attention.Career decision-making,as the first step in the career of secondary vocational students,is not only related to the future development of individuals and families,but also to the harmony and stability of society as a whole.Therefore,in order to further study the vocational decision-making difficulties of secondary vocational students and reduce the level of difficulty,this study will use questionnaires to start from the perspective of reducing the vocational decision-making difficulties of secondary vocational students,and introduce the internal psychological factor of psychological resilience to socially support this external envirnmental factor.A random survey of 881 secondary vocational students in Yongzhou,Hunan Province was conducted using the Social Support Rating Scale,Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale,and Career Decision Difficulty Scale,and using SPSS 23.0 statistical software to analyze the survey results,so as to reveal the status quo of social support,psychological toughness and career decision difficulties of secondary vocational students,and further explore the relationship between the three.The main conclusions are all as follows:(1)The social support for secondary vocational students is at the upper-middle level,and there are significant differences in gender,grade,whether they are only children,whether they are single parents,and whether they are student cadres;(2)The mental resilience of secondary vocational students is at the middle-to-upper level,and there are significant differences in gender,grade,whether they are single parents,and whether they are student cadres;(3)The vocational decision-making difficulties of secondary vocational students are at a medium level,and there are significant differences in gender,grade,and whether they are student cadres;(4)Social support,social support,and vocational decision-making difficulties of secondary vocational students are correlated.Among them,social support and vocational decision-making difficulties are generally negatively correlated.There is also a relationship between psychological toughness and vocational decision-making difficulties of vocational students.Significantly negative correlation.(5)Psychological resilience is a mediating variable between social support and vocational decision-making difficulties.Psychological resilience has a mediating effect between social support and vocational decision-making difficulties.
