Primary School Language Teachers’ Professional Development Research Under The Urbanization Process

China is in a stage of accelerated development of urbanization.Habits of some ethnic minority areas have changed unprecedentedly.Language environment changes bring daunting challenges andpressures to mother tongue education in minority areas. The hope ofrevitalization of the nation is in education, the hope of revitalizationof education is in teachers. Teachers’ professional development hasbecome a key link. However, for a long time in the primary schoolsteaching in Mongolian in Ordos city have many shortcomings. Forexample, Professional development of teachers is one-sided andsingle. There are also many drawbacks of inequality and simplicity inthe process of the development.
