Secondary Vocational schools are shouldering the task of transferringapplied talents who not only have excellent technology, but have the goodmoral characters. So the moral education has been put in the first place atsecondary vocational school. Moral education is an important part ofquality education. It is in the first place of school education and constantlyinfiltrate in intellectual education, aesthetic education and physicaleducation. Secondary vocational school students are lack of culturalfoundation, and the ability to distinguish right and wrong. Their psychologyis so immature that they don’t have good learning habits. Internet addictionand even fights make the moral education still difficult to be realized in thesecondary vocational schools. This paper illustrated by the case of BaotouService and Management Vocational School. It states the necessity ofenhancing moral education at the secondary vocational, and highlighted theexisting problems and reasons of moral education in secondary vocationalschool. Combined with the current situation of Baotou service andmanagement vocational school, the paper discussed the measures ofenhancing the moral education in secondary vocational school so as to givesome reference to the solve the dilemma of moral education in secondaryvocational school. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part mainly states thenecessity of enhancing moral education in the secondary vocational, whichbased on the urgency of quality education, the complexity of socialenvironment, the multi-level of family education, the characteristics of thetimes and the students of secondary Vocational School. The second part isillustrated by the case of Baotou Service and Management VocationalSchool, stating the reasons why the moral education work is difficult torealize at present. This part stated from five aspects which are moraleducation system, teaching staffs, curriculum system, cultural construction,and practical activities to the current situation of moral education insecondary vocational school, and analyzes the causes of these difficulties.The third part combined with some cases of Baotou Service andManagement Vocational School, and discussed the specific measures ofenhancing the moral education in secondary vocational school. This partadded the credits system; especially the moral credits to the five reasonsdiscussed in part two. This system is of great help to enhance the moraleducation.
