Nowadays, vocational education status is changing slowly, and its importance has become increasingly prominent. In size,vocational education has dominated half of education career, bearing the important task of culturing skilled personnel good at production, management and service at the forefront of technology type, and shouldering the mission to optimize labor resources, transform economic growing mode, promote rapid economic development, and realize the well-off society and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Moral education,aiming at "cultivate people", is the primary task of education and should be the primary objective of the secondary vocational schools when they culture talents. However, at present, some secondary vocational schools are trapped by development, so they put neither adequate attention to nor adequate investment in students’ moral education,which causes it difficult to improve schools’ moral education effectiveness, in turn, constrains students overall development. Therefore, it is urgent for secondary vocational schools to emphasize moral education, improve moral education status, and find effective ways to improve moral education effectiveness.As the source of morality, emotion plays an important role in the formation and development of individual morality. At present, secondary vocational schools tend to value moral awareness education but despise moral emotional education, which causes student’s knowledge,emotion and behavior hard to unity. Moral knowledge is a kind of value knowledge. Vocational students’ moral knowledge acceptance is built on the basis of emotion recognition. Only in that condition will they have passion, following ethical code and moral philosophy in practice. Without emotional promoting and maintaining, even though behavior happens, it is transient and unsustainable. Emotion can be said to occupy an important place in moral formation. Moral emotion cultivation plays an important role in moral education. Therefore, it is an indispensable way for secondary vocational schools to implement emotional moral education to improve the effectiveness of moral emotional.This article is divided into five chapters to discuss the implementation of emotional moral education in secondary vocational schools. Research background, research purpose and significance, research thought and main method, definition and interpretation of the relevant concepts as well as research prospect of moral education at home and abroad are put forward in chapter one. Related theoretical about emotional moral education in secondary vocational is expounded in chapter two, theory guiding practice. In chapter three, current students’ moral state and moral education state in secondary vocational schools are acknowledged by designing questionnaire and launching investigation. Then related problems are analyzed, providing realistic foundation for secondary vocational schools to implement emotional moral education. In chapter four, in view of the existing problems, effective measures and suggestions for implementing emotional moral education are explored, in the level of society, schools, teachers, families, and students respectively. In chapter five, the feasibility and necessity of the emotional and moral education are further demonstrated by the good results achieved and implementation ways of" happy moral education" carried out by Zhuzhou secondary vocational schools.
