| The moral education of the secondary vocational and technical schools has drawn wide attention from all walks of society. Especially these years when the economic rapidly develops, professional technical talents who have both ability and moral integrity are in great urgency, which is a sharp contrast to the reality. This thesis takes up the practice and boost of the moral education system in Huanggang Liansheng secondary vocational and technical school as the research focus and it also introduces the situation of moral education of the secondary technical school in details and analyses the reasons deeply. This thesis puts forward a series of plans for secondary technical school students in the new period. We come up with the ideas ----the cross-training and strengthening of"across-the-board","multi-aspect"and"multi-form". It is hoped that major breakthroughs will be made after this plans are carried out and this research results can be extendedly used in other secondary technical schools or similar schools so that it will be a great helper for brother schools when they are practising the moral activitiesThe article is divided into five parts: as an introduction Part One contains the background of the research, the features of moral education home and aboard, the meaning and the purpose of the thesis, the research method and thoughts; and then it enumerates the necessary educational elements. It has scientific course analysis and disintegration during two school years. Meanwhile it will echo with the class meeting according to the different educational elements and apply the cross-training, creating the trinity educational network which is made up of family, school and society. And then we'll have the dairies of activities and the moral educational files to assist us. Last but not the least, we've designed a dual-pricing system for education evaluation program, which is helpful to the substantive breakthroughs of the moral education of the secondary technical schools. |
