With the rapid development of China's economy,the value orientation has changed dramatically.All kinds of thoughts collide with each other,which has a great impact on the growth of younger generations.Playing as an important role on the stage of the new era in China,secondary vocational school students' ideological and moral level is directly related to the harmonious development and progress of the society.Since the secondary vocational school students are still young,their mental capacity and the ability to distinguish right from wrong is still relatively weak.Secondary vocational school students have entered the school earlier,and the restriction in their learning and living environment is relatively looser than those of high school students'.They meet difficulties and get confusion and annoyance at their age.There is a common sense of inferiority and self-respect,emotional richness and ambivalence,open personality and implicit psychological conflict,future confusion and rich thought overlap.Therefore,the first thing to improve the quality of secondary vocational education should be from moral education.However,schools,families and society,to a certain extent,ignore the education of moral education and pay attention to intellectual education and skills education,and the phenomenon of light moral education still exists.Many schools and parents pay attention to students' achievements,but often ignore the education of moral education,and lack the correct guidance for students.The society has not formed a relatively mature education environment,and education of schools,families and society has failed to form a cohesive force.Part of the moral education is divorced from the reality and the form is single,which results in the low effectiveness.On the basis of researching and reading the relative literature,to study on Dalian Xingang Vocational School.Make interview with the professionals of moral education and students in schools,we fully find out the real problems existing in moral education.Solutions should be put forward by finding out the problems based on existing research result,combine specific casess.Starting with the construction system,we should establish a "party,the group,the study,the ideological and political integration" of the big moral education system,and integrate the moral education resources.To make moral education no longer the responsibility of teachers or departments,but to carry out a new mode of educating the whole staff.We engagedinto classroom teaching innovation by transforming curriculum moral education into moral education curriculum,to innovate the form of classroom teaching,reform teaching method and teaching content,integrate moral education into each subject teaching,connect theory with practice.At the same time,we extended the moral education class with the activity as the carrier and broaden the form of moral educationcured the education,effect of moral education.By conducting quality term,in order to study for the gripper,the class atmosphere,the university spirit construction,and on the basis of "four civilizations",for the purpose of quality development,to be the time when students raise initiative of moral education.Through professional manager class,volunteering,and public welfare activities and social practice,let the students know ahead of time,adapt to the society,training students will quality,make the students inner moral education,achieved good effect.It is an effective complement to the current education method.
