On College Students’ Cultural Consciousness

In the eighteenth big report, President hu jintao pointed out to set up the height of the cultural consciousness and cultural confidence.Cultural consciousness is a kind of important spiritual power to promote social progress and development, and help us to implement cultural power strategy.This paper is divided into four parts to college students for studying object, this paper discusses the realization of the college students’ cultural consciousness. The first chapter mainly introduces the background and significance of the thesis topic, the research present situation, the research ideas and methods and difficulty of the thesis and innovation points. Under the background of globalization, all cultures, national culture collide with each other and interweave, requires college students to have rich cultural accumulation and high ability to distinguish between right and wrong, the fact is that the extent of the cultural consciousness of contemporary university students had not reached the level and expectations, we need to face and to discuss.The second chapter expounds the connotation of cultural consciousness. Start from the connotation of culture, and then from four aspects in this paper, the meaning of cultural consciousness, strengthen material and comparing with the "cultural consciousness", and points out that the cultural consciousness not achieve the unity of logical inevitability and historical inevitability. In addition, from the three constituent elements of cultural consciousness namely cultural subject, cultural object, cultural practices, further analysis of the connotation of culture consciously, thus will be closely linked to the cultural main body, college students realized the necessity of the cultural consciousness of university student is analyzed.The third chapter discusses the status quo of college students’ cultural consciousness. In the present situation there is a positive and negative two aspects during the college students cultural consciousness.on the positive side, the rich club activities, academic activity, literary and artistic activities for college students cultural consciousness realization has provided a broad space; From the negative side, the cultural consciousness of college students is insufficient, for China’s excellent cultural understanding is not enough, lack of self-confidence.The fourth chapter, this paper discusses the college students’ cultural consciousness. At present,cultural consciousness of university students requires that we must vigorously carry out various activities, rich and colorful club activities, academic and cultural activities of campus culture prosperity, improve students’ cultural consciousness, carry forward Chinese excellent culture, strengthen the culture of college students self-confidence, cultivate college students’ positive life values, encourage college students to translate cultural consciousness in action, let the students know and practice implemented on a high degree of unity, finally realizes the cultural consciousness.As builders and successors of future society and the country, the realization of the cultural consciousness is of great significance for college students, whether in study or in life, college students must achieve cultural consciousness.
