Society has entered the information era, information technology into the field ofeducation and teaching, in order to adapt to changes in information technologyteaching, teachers also need to transform the role, improve information literacy. Soin order to improve the teachers information literacy as soon as possible, a lot ofareas and schools are all ways and methods of cultivating the information literacy ofteachers in the exploration of. In our country, culture in information literacy teacherwas basically adopted centralized training, Due to the limitations of centralizedtraining, when the teacher in the teaching application of information technology inteaching is very difficult to short-term learned among them, so that they may adoptthemself study or to ask the way to solve this problem.Mutual assistance between the teachers has a positive role in the professionaldevelopment of teachers training, IT and mutual assistance in the day-to-day work ofthe subject teachers less. Due to the training of teachers in information technology toenhance the ability of less, and it cannot be well applied in practical teaching, thenthe teacher cooperation among to continuously improve the teachers informationtechnology ability, and can provide a good help for teaching aspects of the teachersuse information technology.As the basis of this study mainly cooperation from domestic and foreignteachers, on the basis of the development of a suitable questionnaire and interviewoutline Using these two tools to study the mutual cooperation between the primaryand secondary school teachers in the information technology, the teachers are nowfound in status between mutual cooperation, find out the reasons hindering mutualcooperation, and analyzing these reasons, put forward to help teachers carry outstrategy of cooperation, to help carry out the cooperation between teachers betterprimary and secondary schools.This paper can be mainly divided into the paper consists of three parts:The first part is the basic theory research part, mainly involving teachercooperative research background, research significance, and research status, theoretical basis of mutual cooperation and teachers.The second part is the analysis of questionnaire and interview results, find outthe problems in the cooperation, and the cause of the problem.The third part is through the analysis of the reasons put forward for teachers,cooperation mutual smoothly advice.
