The Talent Of Shandong Province With The Geographical Distribution Of Regional Differentiation

Along with the improvement of science and technology and therapid development of society of our country, the importance ofhuman resources also begins to catch much attention. And thegeographical allocation of the human resources has become anecessary factor affecting the economic and social development.The geographical distribution and regional differentiation of thetalents can directly reflect the level of economic development andthe degree of social stability at that period. Shandong Province islocated on the west coast of the Pacific, and on the verge of BohaiSea and Yellow Sea; it is convenient to trade by boat since theancient time. Its geographical location is relatively favorable, withexcellent natural conditions. It is a place where the talents gathersince the ancient times. In addition, Shandong Province is deeplyinfluenced by different culture such as Confucian culture andTaishan culture. Its humane environment is old and rich. In history it appears all sorts of talent in different areas. This article carries onan analysis of2079intellectuals in history with the statisticalmethod.First of all, the number of talents in Shandong Province indifferent period is analyzed. The research content in this phasemainly includes the distribution in the number of longitudinalstudies from the time. Apart from analyzing the changes of theoverall number of people in Shandong Province, it also analyzes thehistorical changes in different dynasties. After analyzing thechange of the structure of intellectuals in the different historicaldynasties, then a separately statistics is made about the fieldsinfluenced by the intellectuals. It can be divided into threecategories and eight different types in different areas. The threecategories are respectively society and political, literature and arteducation and gas. Eight different areas include emperor royal,political field, revolution field, literature, art, science educationfield, religion and other areas. After that, the characteristics ofintellectuals’ type in the different dynasties in Shandong Provinceare analyzed. And the influenced area of the talents in ShandongProvince area, the distribution characteristics and forming reasonare also researched. Besides, the last name of talented people inShandong Province is analyzed with the method of statistical analysis including concentration and complexity of the surnames.Secondly, the space distribution situation, the distributioncharacteristics and influencing factors are studied. In ShandongProvince, the geographical distributions of the talent show theimbalanced characteristics. After observing regional differentiationof talent distribution in different dynasties period of ShandongProvince the conclusion is reached: Shandong talent distribution ischanging with time, the main distribution center area goes throughthe following changes: southern area--western area--centralarea--eastern area. The talent structure of Shandong Province alsovaries due to the difference of region. Among them, the political andmilitary talents are mainly concentrated in the central and easternregions, literary talent in the central of Shandong, scienceeducation and art talent in the central and eastern area, and talentsin the revolution field in southern and eastern regions. Such talentstructure and spatial distribution characteristics in ShandongProvince are mainly influenced the natural geographicalenvironment factors and human geography environment factors.And natural geographical environment factors include thegeographical position, topography, natural resources and climateenvironment factors, while human geography environment factorsinclude political factors, cultural tradition, education factors and the regional economic factors.Finally, a conclusion is made according to the above study aboutthe talents of Shandong Province. Through the analysis of the data,I find that intellectual distribution in different generations is veryunbalanced; the mainly concentrated area changes over time andover time. Quantity distribution of intellectuals is not identical anddifferent in different period in Shandong Province.The contemporary era is a period with the largest number ofintellectuals in Shandong Province. Putting quantity distribution ofintellectual in Shandong Province specificallyinto the various dynasties, the period with more intellectuals isrespectively the Ming and Qing dynasties, Wei Jin northern andsouthern dynasties and the Song and Yuan period. The type ofintellectuals in Shandong Province talent is mainly in the politicaland military field, science education and literature. The frequencyof occurrence about the surname in Shandong Province is mainlyWang, Zhang and Liu; Li. based on the analysis of concentration andcomplexity of intellectuals’ last name, the last name concentrationunder the influence of different historical backgrounds changes alot. And the complexity also showed a trend of gradually increase.
