A Study On Legal Protection About The Internship Right Of Secondary Vocational School Students

Nowadays, the theory studies and the empirical studies on legal protection aboutthe internship right of Secondary vocational school students are rare in China. Mostof the studies are about the relationship among teaching, students, schools andenterprises and never introduce detailedly and study deeply the legal protection aboutthe internship right of Secondary vocational school students. Germany and Japan areearlier countries in studying the legal protection about the internship right ofSecondary vocational school students. Although our country has made some progressin this aspect, the studies are not ideal. Some scholars have made some researches onthe legal protection about the internship right of Secondary vocational school students.However, the studies on the constitution, administrative law and the civil law are rare.How to study and set the guarantee mechanism fitting to our country is very valuable.This thesis mainly makes some researches on the legal protection about theinternship right of Secondary vocational school students through law. The first part isthe introduction, involving the meaning of the study, the core concepts and domesticresearch status. The second part mainly involves the nature of the legal relationshipabout the Secondary vocational school students in China and infringement of someintern students. The third part is mainly about the state of infringement about theSecondary vocational school intern students. The fourth part introduces the causes ofinfringement on intern students from the Secondary vocational school. The fifth partis the law protection measures on the intern students from Secondary vocationalschool. These measures involve enhancing intern subjects law views, improving lawawareness, future completing the relevant law and rules, enforcing internship right ofSecondary vocational school students and future providing suggestions on lawprotection measures about internship right from Secondary vocational schoolstudents. This thesis primarily uses collecting materials and analysing materials, whichanalyses the state of the intern students from Secondary vocational schools and thecauses of infringement on the intern students. In addition, this thesis usesquestionnaire survey on some vocational schools in order to make sure theauthenticity, the reliability and reality.
