On The Rights Of Higher Protection Students In Post Practice

At present,the system and the legislative protection of the rights of working practice,the relevant provisions of our country only a few laws and regulations,and the operability and binding is not strong,from the defects of the current legal system and legal value of the domestic point of view,to improve college students(mainly vocational)it is necessary to practice of protecting the rights of students.This paper surveys the limited personal research and the literature,the current situation and reasons of the internship are analyzed,puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the protection of the rights of the internship system;on the basis of other advanced countries in the relevant legal system and practice of rights protection legislation and put forward some suggestions on the post;and from Jurisprudence on the basis of,demonstrates the increasing protection of the rights of the internship legislative necessity and operability.The introduction part expounds the background,significance and social value,summarizes the current situation and internship problems and the reasons,on how to solve the problem of the protection of the rights of the existing view the internship and put forward own views and suggestions.he text part,first elaborated the concept of internship and approximate the concept of difference,affirmed the internship of higher vocational education development of our country the necessity and importance of the related survey data the author summarizes the present situation of the internship,lists the main legal problems of internship,and a detailed analysis of the reasons for the existence of the legal issues,and the viewpoint of trainee identity.Domestic legislation on post practice of the law is still weak,labor legislation,the legislation of industrial injury regulations exclude protection to the rights of post practice,education legislation are rarely relates to internship content;legislative practice in some advanced countries,many of which are worth of domestic experience.he article suggests that the establishment and perfection of the system of protection of the rights of higher vocational students internships,to improve school management mechanism,corporate social responsibility mechanism,government accountability mechanism and publicity mechanism,focus on the amendment of higher education law and other relevant legislation,to increase relationship between University and enterprise,three students and their rights and obligations,and effectively protect the rights of trainee,so as to promote the development of higher occupation education and the cultivation of high skilled technical students,promote the healthy and orderly development of school enterprise cooperation.The conclusion summarizes the importance of the right protection system of the internship students to the development of Higher Vocational education.
