The Research About The Application Of Statistics Methods In Hickory Quality Control

In recent years, the market of hickory with high nutritional value and health care had emerged quality problems frequently. The traditional quality control methods could not meet the hickorys from the hills to the fork "process quality control. Through a comparative study, it found that the current quality control methods paid importance to process and afterwards prevention rather than control. Based on this selection, this paper designed appropriate statistical methods, first built the index system of quality control hickory, hickory quality control covering the entire, and the whole was divided into prenatal, delivery and postnatal three links, sub-sectors were explored pollution index method, quality control charts, process capability index, variability, process variation hypothesis testing, grading, and more comprehensive evaluation of the statistical indicators methods in hickory quality control was designed to obtain relevant data tables, a detailed description of the entire production value chain in hickory in the application of aid in full production, supply, marketing one sampling plan, eventually forming method based on statistical pecan whole quality control framework.This article covered the hickory quality control whole process "from the hills to the table", so to be based on the facts and figures.
