In modern education system, preschool education plays a very important role in the development of the people and exerts increasingly greater influences. Kindergarten teachers are the major instructors in preschool education. The psychological quality of kindergarten teachers will directly or indirectly influence the psychological development and behaviors of preschool children. And the quality of kindergarten teachers will determine the quality of preschool education. Therefore, in order to build a high-qualified preschool education team, it’s necessary to conduct a survey on the professional quality requirements of kindergarten teachers and make some measurement and analysis of their professional psychological qualities.Male kindergarten teacher is a special group among kindergarten teachers. With the development of the society, the involvement of males into preschool education field not only optimizes the structure of preschool education, but also exerts an inestimable influence on the comprehensive education of preschool children. The aim of this study is to employ mathematical statistical methods and take male kindergarten teachers as the research subjects to conduct an research on the professional psychological quality. Employing mathematical statistical methods such as on-way anova analysis, etc to analyze the factors influencing the professional psychological quality of male kindergarten teachers, and thus according to the social needs, some measures on the development of professional psychological quality of male kindergarten teachers so as to cultivate first-class male kindergarten teachers are put forward in this study.Chapter one, introduction, is general description of the relevant concepts, (such as professional quality, professional psychological quality, etc.), and literature review on the previous studies were presented. On the other hand, it points out the deficiencies in the measurement and research on the male preschool teachers’professional qualities and their professional psychological qualities, embodying as the lack of study attention, measurement tools, and the specific training mode.Chapter two, introduces the theoretical basis of this study, including the single factor variance analysis in statistics and multiple comparative analysis theory and occupational theory.Chapter three takes Anhui Province as an example, there is a survey on the male preschool teachers’occupational quality requirements. The results showed that the parents treated the moral quality and the psychological quality as the most important ones, which asked for the teachers’loving heart and sense of responsibility. Their cheerfulness and masculine are deemed to be as the male traits’advantages, and they can work positively for children’s healthy growing.Chapter four carries on the measurement and analysis of the occupational psychological quality of male preschool teacher, and comes to the conclusion that the properties, seniority and educational background are three important factors which affect the professional psychological quality of male preschool teachers.Firstly, the professional psychological quality of male preschool teachers in public sponsored kindergartens is better than in private ones.Secondly, the quality of the male teachers with over three years of experience is better than those with only one or two years.Last, the quality of the teachers with a bachelor degree or a secondary specialized school’s diploma is better than those with a college diploma.In chapter five, the author puts forward some countermeasures for the development of male preschool teachers’ professional psychological quality from the social supports and the male preschool teachers training mode according to the analysis of the survey results.Chapter six carries on a summary to the research, and points out the existing problems in the research, and puts forward the direction of future efforts.
