In recent years, the development of preschool education has attracted attention from allwalks of life,the research on kindergarten teacher culture has drawn wide attentionat at home andabroad.The Kindergarten teacher culture not only affects the professional development of thepreschool teacher individuals and groups,but also profoundly influences generations of preschoolchildren ’s physical and mental health development. Research on the culture of the kindergartenteachers, mainly in the focus on the professional development of kindergarten teachers, and earlychildhood teacher education reform and development, indergarten teachers specialized researchculture only scattered journals. The kindergarten teachers culture is a broad concept ofconnotation, which includes kindergarten teachers living, working, teaching, learning all aspects,related to the concept of value, individual and group of kindergarten teachers’ ways of thinkingand behavior.The values, way of thinking and action of kindergarten teachers cultureimperceptibly affects each child’s physical and mental development, plays a important role in thespecialization of individual teachers and groups of growth.This study on the basis of relevant research at home and abroad study on teacher culture andteacher culture of kindergarten,systematic discussions on Kindergarten Teachers’ culture from theperspective of kindergarten teacher’s teaching,through interviews, observation, research methodand literature method, case analysis,on the teacher culture Experimental Kindergarten Ji’nan cityby five road kindergarten, were studied.Research is divided into the following sections:The preface mainly expounds the reason, significance of topics, related research and theresearch method.The first part, the basic theory of kindergarten teachers’ culture.Literature collectionconcept of teacher culture,it expounds the concept, the kindergarten teacher culture as well as thekindergarten teacher’s teaching in the study of meaning,analyze the elements of teacher cultureof kindergarten teachers in teaching is divided into teacher education and teaching values,teaching mode of thinking and teaching behavior.and the interpretation of the kindergartenteacher culture perceptual, reflective and formation characteristics.The second part, the reality of teacher culture of kindergarten teachers in teaching.Usingvarious research methods for recording status of kindergarten teachers’ culture,put forward onceagain on the basis of the kindergarten teacher culture,and further analysis of the causes of these problems.The third part, the effective strategies of cultural reconstruction of kindergartenteachers.This part from the national policy level, management level as well as the kindergartenkindergarten teachers’ own cultural quality aspect expounds the kindergarten teacher cultureeffective construction measures.
