The reason of this research is based on two aspects: one is to improve the professional level of kindergarten teachers,the other is to correct the practical requirements of kindergarten teachers' problem behavior.The investigation and research on teachers' problem behavior in kindergarten activities can set a good example for the growth of children,promote the healthy development of children,and provide reference and reflection for first-line teachers to reflect on their own teaching behavior.At the same time also conducive to the healthy development of kindergartens.This study holds that teacher problem behavior refers to inappropriate or undesirable behaviors that affect the development of children's physical and mental health in the process of interaction and communication between teachers and children.It will not only affect the development of children's physical and mental health,but also affect the order of teaching,the family,kindergarten and society.The main contents of this study are as follows: first,to conduct a field investigation into kindergarten,and to investigate and observe the current situation of teachers' behavior in kindergarten activities.Combining with the Professional Standard of Kindergarten Teachers(trial),the paper presents the real situation of teachers' problem behavior,second,through the questionnaire survey to kindergarten teachers,it makes a thorough analysis of the related factors that affect the kindergarten teachers' problem behavior.The third is to analyze the current situation and existing problems of kindergarten teachers' problem behavior,and put forward corresponding suggestions according to the observed status and reasons.According to the observation,the problem behaviors of kindergarten teachers mainly include:disapproval of profession;neglect of their own professional development;verbal intimidation,warning toddlers;ridicule of infants;unreasonable urging of young children;eccentricity;Demanding a child as an authority;canceling the child's game rights at will;short punishment stations;bringing bad emotions into work;failing to prepare lessons seriously;leaving individual children alone;thousands of articles The evaluation of law.The author thinks that there are two main reasons leading to teachers' problem behavior in kindergarten activities: social reasons and teachers' personal reasons,including the lack of relevant systems and laws,and the low threshold for kindergarten teachers to enter the kindergarten.The main reasons for teachers' lack of clear verbal ethics,the improper positioning of teachers' role,the deviation of teachers' understanding ofeducational purpose,the lack of protection of the legitimate rights and interests of kindergarten teachers,the lack of clear language moral norms,the improper orientation of teachers' own roles,Teachers lack a clear understanding of children's subjective status,low self-professional identity and teachers' emotional self-control ability.Finally,based on research The present situation,combined with the analysis of the reasons,from the three aspects of society,kindergartens,teachers put forward suggestions.From the social aspect,we should establish and improve the relevant system and laws and regulations,improve the professional access system of kindergartens,improve the material treatment and social status of kindergarten teachers;from the kindergarten,we should strengthen the kindergarten teachers.Mental health education,in accordance with the law,regulate the behavior of teachers;for the kindergarten teachers themselves,they should strive to improve their own moral cultivation,improve their professional identity,set up a correct view of teachers and children,and control their own emotions reasonably.
