At Present, in the bake groundof building a learning-oriented society, the state attaches the great importance andstrongly support to the Pre-school education, the Pre-school education achieves strongdevelopment. The State Medium and Long Term Program on Education Reform andDevelopment (2010-2020) Clearly put to "basic popularization pre-school education",but in preschool education made great efforts to spread the at the same time, we shouldpay attention to the quality of preschool education. Preschool education quality and theinfluence of many factors, the construction of teachers’ team is one of the main factor,build a great moral, reasonable structure, relatively strong quality, professional levelhigher teachers to preschool education development has very important significance. Soaround it for research is necessary. Only have excellent preschool teachers, Pre-schooleducation career will make steady progress, therefore, strengthen the construction ofteachers’ team is the top priority.In this paper A kindergarten teachers in Chongqing as the research object, throughthe use of documentary research, interview method, questionnaire method, the casestudy research method to understand A kindergarten teachers team construction presentsituation, and on this basis to further study. The article consists of three parts; the firstpart is the theory of preschool teachers’ team construction, this paper expounds the fulltext for animals. The second part sorts out preschool teacher team construction in lightof the existing problems and grasps the core problem, and analyzes the reason. The thirdpart tries to in the existing problems based on the analysis of the reasons, for preschoolteachers team construction puts forward some Suggestions, expect to preschool teacherat all levels of the concern and support, to promote the benign development of thepreschool teachers team, for education work play a more major role.
