Research On The Enterprise Development Strategy Of Private Higher Education Institutions

Private colleges and universities is an important form of higher education in the China. It has made a huge contribution to the development higher education in China, which including its sources of funding for education development, and the optimal allocation of social education resources ect, and has become an indispensable part of Chinahigher education. However, due to a number of historical and social reasons, the development of private colleges and universities become more and more difficult, relative to the sources of funding and high-quality students for public education, private colleges and universities must achieve self to survive and even profit while teaching and educating, which is a pair contradiction. Therefore, the development model and the development strategy discusses for the private institutions of higher learning has a very important practical significance to the development of higher education institutions.To solve this problem, we propose to look at and study the problem of the development strategy of the Private Higher Education Institutions at enterprise perspective, to provide a new option for the development of private institutions of higher learning ideas.First, the depth research on the business development strategy and growth strategy, influencing factors of corporate strategy, and the the characteristics elements were elaborated, and then construct the strategic decision-making model and its basic framework. And on this basis, a specialized integrated and diversified development strategy is cleared. Laying the foundation for the of enterprise strategic theory private colleges.Second, the entrepreneurial characteristics of private colleges and universities have researched; this feature of the private colleges is the key of this study. A comparative study with enterprises both characterized by private colleges and universities; the paper argues that private universities and colleges have enterprise relevant characteristics, including economic, marketability and profit-making.Then, on the basis of the above features, and take advantage of SWOT analysis method, systematic analysis external opportunities.And combined with the DS/AHP method to sort the various factors obtained. This gives the Private Higher Education Institutions Development Strategy mode selection method, the original intention of the entrepreneurial perspective on Private Higher Education Institutions Development Strategy.
