The Research On Social Support Network Of Rural Autistic Children’s Family Under The Perspective Of Social Work

In recent years, the prevalence of autism is increasing, and autism prevalence population continues to expand. However, social awareness of autism level is still low, and national security policy has deficiencies for autistic people, which lmarke people with autism and their family under pressure. In rural areas of China,there are a large number of people with autism, but some of them because of the ignorance of the family to the disease delay the best time for treatment, do people shouting "fool";some come to the city to have a training in family’s efforts,but the families are under the pressure from all sides.At the present,the study about rural people with autism is inadequate.so the research on rural family with autism,who came to the therehabilitation training institutions, has theoretical and practical significance.The author interviewed8parents of chileren with autism from countryside in a rehabilitation agency in Jinan by qualitative research method, trying to know their psychological state from confirming autism to embarking on the road to recovery, their difficulties on the road to recovery, their social support nates and the view for support, and summarizing the problems reflected. Finally, put forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the basis of analysis and summary from the government level and social work intervention level, and hope to arouse the concern of the government and society for rural families with autism.In theory under the guidance of social support networks, and through the analysis of material, I found that parents of autistic children in rural areas need to face psychological pressure, economic pressure and emotional problem, adapt to city life and overcome the pining for another child.they received social support mainly comes from the informal social support networks, including family members, relatives, neighbors and other parents, Internet, books, boss and superstition, which are various, but because of each family is different, support sources exist difference, however, in all of the informal social support networks, the family played an important role; Their formal social support networks, including the government, rehabilitation institutions, hospitals, schools, but it is not enough, however, the consciousness to get formal support especially the government’s support is low, emphasize on its own strength.Aiming at the problems and the insufficiency of social support, the author in terms of formal social support mainly from the government, puts forward some Suggestions about autism called on the government to establish and improve the social security system;In the informal social support level, hope that through the involvement of social workers to help rural children with autism family set up and improve the informal social support networks, and also provide some reference for subsequent practice social workers.
