Along with the rapid development of social economy, people’s demand for material and culture is growing. At the same time, household consumption has become increasingly diversified and complicated, and90after college students occupy the major of the family consumption, affecting household consumption trends. Consume behavior and habits of college students affects decisions of parents. Flying with of the time, college students after90are going to enter into society, and will become the main social consumer groups. Their consumption values directly affect the development of society, including economy and culture. So cultivating college students after90to form a good consumption habit and improvement of90after college students’ financial intelligence quotient become an important area and subject of education.Starting with analysis of90after the college students’ consumption level and consumption structure, this paper learns related references and research reports forming a good theoretical foundation to give an insight of the problems. Then, this paper designs questionnaire to deeply learn characteristics and status of90after college students’ consumption. At last, given characteristics and status of90after college students’ consumption, this paper gives theoretical analysis of college students’ consumption education and implications of college students’ financial intelligence quotient education, giving a good foundation to research into90after college students’ consumption view education from financial intelligence quotient aspect.Through understanding of the present situation of90after college students’ consumption view, and on the basis of an empirical case analysis, this paper sums up the factors which affect90after college students’ consumption view. The factors are as follows, social reasons, educational reasons, individual reasons, and so on. Students’ consumption habits are full of blindness, conformity, and even some luxury and wasteful. In a word,90after college students’ consumption view is not healthy, nor rational, and is bad for their life, even will seriously affect the national economy healthy and rapid development. It is time for college students to be aware of the situation and form good consumption behavior. The problems lie on that how can students improve their financial intelligence quotient? The next chapter gives the answers hoping that give90after college students some useful advices on their financial intelligence quotient education.Strengthening90after college students’ consumption education and financial education is important, this paper suggests that from the following aspects to give students some advices,i.e. learning theory knowledge of financial intelligence quotient education and doing exercises of financial intelligence quotient education. Channels of90after college students’ financial intelligence quotient education can be correct consume culture’s guidance, good consumption habit’s form, build healthy consumption environment, orderly consumption network’s formation, positive consumer example’s demonstration, reasonable consumption skill’s improvement. By doing this, we believe that after90college students will develop good consume habits and establish a good consumption concept and improve their financial intelligence quotient.
